Working with Fitbit Customer Support – Part 3
It took me a few days to collect the information that Fitbit asked for. My daughters had to check which email they had attached to their Fitbits and I took a few new pictures. I put it all together and sent it off wondering how long it would take for them to get back with me.
To my surprise, it took less than a day. In a couple of hours I received the following email.
Followed shortly with this information.
The next day I received a shipping conformation.
And four days later had the new Fitbits.
Working with Fitbit Customer Support had to be the easiest process I have ever done. They responded each time before I had even begun wondering when I would hear from them. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to order any product from them online.
