Fitbit Customer Support – Awesome So Far
In my last post, I showed the steps I went through to contact Fitbit Customer Support when my daughters has some problems with their Fitbit Charge. It was easy, and I was pleased when I got a response back in less than two days. They requested some additional information such as sizes and colors, and I was hopeful that they would be replaced. They also requested some additional pictures which didn’t surprise me because the Customer Support form only allowed me to upload one picture and I was submitting a request on two Fitbits.
In the meantime, the band that was separating came completely apart. Abby taped it together so that she can still wear it. It can’t be comfortable. Angela also continues to wear hers even though she has to check the app on her phone to see her progress. They are serious Fitbit fans!
I am hoping to hear back soon with the news that they will be replaced.
